Returns & Refunds Policy
Cancellation of Orders
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time before the digital product is completed. However, please note that a cancellation fee of $150 will be applied to cover administrative costs.
Refunds
Refunds are not available once the digital product has been completed and delivered. You may request a refund at any time before the digital product is completed. The deadline for requesting a refund is the date the digital product is completed and delivered to you.
To exercise your right to a refund, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail at contact@webdevdesigns.net.
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your refund request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refunds:
In order for the digital product to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
The digital product has not been completed or delivered.
The digital product has not been used, copied, or shared.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following digital products cannot be refunded:
Digital products that have been completed and delivered.
Digital products that are personalized or customized to your specifications.
Digital products that are part of a bundle or package where some items have been completed and delivered.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any digital products that do not meet the above refund conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Digital Products
Since digital products are non-tangible, there is no need to return them physically. However, you must ensure that you have not used, copied, or shared the digital product to be eligible for a refund.
Gifts:
If the digital product was marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. Once the refund is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the digital product wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
