Returns & Refunds Policy
At Web Dev Designs, we’re committed to delivering high-quality websites and marketing solutions tailored to your business needs. Because our services involve customized strategies and creative work, our refund policy differs between website projects and subscription-based marketing services.
1). Website Design & Development
100% Money-Back Guarantee – Homepage Design Concept
We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on the initial homepage design concept only:
If you are not satisfied with your homepage concept, you must request a refund in writing within seven (7) days of receiving it.
Refund requests can be submitted via email or text.
If no refund request is received within this period, the homepage concept is considered approved, and we’ll proceed with the remainder of your project.
Non-Refundable Payments
Outside of the above guarantee, all payments for website projects are final and non-refundable once the homepage concept is approved.
Project Cancellation
To cancel your website project, you must notify us in writing via email or text at least seven (7) days prior to your desired cancellation date.
Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at $200/hour.
All outstanding amounts will be automatically charged to the authorized payment method on file and are non-refundable.
2). Marketing & Subscription-Based Services
Our marketing services — including SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Social Media Marketing — are billed on a subscription basis.
Refunds for Marketing Services
Because marketing campaigns involve upfront planning, strategy, and resource allocation, payments for marketing subscriptions are non-refundable once a new billing cycle begins.
We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused services, or past periods of service.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice at least seven (7) days before your next billing date.
Cancellations requested after this period will take effect the following billing cycle. In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may accommodate an earlier cancellation depending on service preparation and any ad spend already scheduled.
Annual marketing subscriptions, when discounted, are non-refundable once services begin.
If some marketing tasks have already been completed at the time of cancellation — such as ad campaign setup, content creation, or citation cleanup — these may be billed separately at $75/hour, in addition to any subscription fees that are non-refundable as outlined above.
